    Unlike the water based Bifenthrin in Talstar Pro, Bifen I/T & Masterline Bifenthrin. Bifen XTS is a new oil based product which allows it to have much longer residual and water resistant. It also contains 25.1 % vs. 7.9% active ingredient. You get more for your money.
    This product is very effective for controlling most insects on your lawn and around the perimeter of your house as well as termites.
    32 oz bottle will make 100 gallons of insecticide and 1 gallon will treat 1,000 square feet.
