    I can't do a return if you order the wrong key code from the list, once a key has been cut, it's of no use to me. If the key you receive doesn't work, you must send me a picture showing where you got your key code from verifying that the code you purchased is your correct key code. If it is my fault, I will refund the purchase price plus original and return shipping costs.
    If the keys don't work. Here are some things to consider, before contacting me.
    Truck cap locks tend to get a build-up of oxidation from being in the weather.
    Double-check the keycode on your lock to the one you ordered. You can look this up in your purchase history.
    See if there's anything stuck in the lock oxidation, metal, mud, rust, etc.
    Try some penetrating oil, leaving it to sit for a while. Insert the key and put some force on the key, but not too much to break the key.
