This listing is for a Ballantine 3045A Broadband RMS AC Analog Voltmeter / Decibel db Meter.
It powers on and, when presented with a low AC voltage gives a reading that agrees with our Fluke DMM. Otherwise untested and is missing the bottom panel of the case. Due to these issues, it is sold as-is at a bargain price, officially "for parts or not working" though it may work fine - we just don't know! Listing is for the 3045A only, the Fluke DMM, BNC adapter and test leads pictured are not included. No power cord is included.
