Please follow these instructions:
Plug in the thermostat controller
Press and hold the "Set" button to enter the temperature setting
Press the UP/DOWN button to adjust the target temperature
Press the "Set" button again to complete the process
**Please note that there is a 2-3 degree buffering zone for the thermostat controller to turn your appliance on again**

To toggle between Fahrenheit or Celcius:
Press and hold the DOWN button for 3 seconds for Celcius
Press and hold the UP button for 3 seconds for Fahrenheit
