City in a Bottle from the Arabian Nights 1993 set, Magic the Gathering.  Near Mint.  Has not been played. See pictures of the actual card to determine the exact card condition.  Hand signed by the Ilustrator Drew Tucker.
The Arabian Nights cards  being offered  in this sale  comprise an almost  complete Arabian Night set.
From Star City Games on card condition:
Near Mint (NM) condition cards may show minimal wear; the most common examples being Minor Scratching, Minor Border/Corner Wear, and Minor Clouding. Played (PL) condition cards show definite wear, and usually have several wear issues. Examples include Scratching, Minor Bends, Shuffle Creases, Moderate Border/Corner Wear, Minor Mid-Card Whitening, and Non-Flat Cards. Heavily Played (HP) cards have the widest variety of condition issues. Damage may range from several smaller signs of wear to a few larger ones. Examples include Inking/Dirt/Water Damage, Major Whitening, Major Corner/Border Wear, Large Creases, Indention, and Peeling.”
