The assembled chain is then dipped in a hot lubricant. This lubrication and its application process greatly increase the service life of the chain and further protect it from environmental impacts. All our chains are factory pre-loaded. They are pre-tested to support and maintain the expected load that the chain will see at the time of use. This helps align the chain parts and will minimize initial elongation. This will greatly increase the life of the chain.
