Before Installation Notes
Tips 1: Test before installation
When testing, do not remove any protective film or tags. Please pay attention to the problem of static electricity.
Before attempting any repair, be sure to ground yourself is an ESD (electro static discharge) strap. This will prevent static electricity from damaging the electronic components within the device.
Ensure you wear eye protection and use caution not to cut your finger with the glass splinters.
Tips 2: Simulates testing
Screen replacement is very fragile product. We strongly suggest test before installation. Please simulates testing, which means device apart, (motherboard + LCD or screen) connected audio cable and new replacement, power on, test finished. If test OK, please install it. If it can not show, please contact us at the very first time.
Tips 3: Do not over-bend cable
Please make sure LCD cable Do not over-bend. Over 90 degrees bent will cause black display.

Do i need pay the input customs tax ?
A: Dear, the customs tax is depend on your country customs, however, if you have any good idea to cut down the customs tax, pls just let us know afer you make payment, most of economy shipping no need pay any tax.
If the item is unwork or broken in the way, how do i to solve ?
A: We will test most of item before to ship the item and we also will make a good package the item, make this issue less happen. If you you received a unwork item or broken item, pls email us to got the return number and return address, and make sure we can check out the return package, once we got package we will rechange a new item or refund to solve.
Could you combine shipping ?
A: Most of item can not combine shipping, we will not combine the shipping fee, however we can ship all the item in one package.
Is it the item ship with tracking number ?
A: An order is less than , it shipping without tracking number, all more than 5$, we will shipping it with tracking number,  or you can contact us to confirm it.
Return Policy
1. We accept exchange/replace item within 60 days when customer receive merchandise
2. We will process RMA within 3-7 days when we receive the item back
