Hickok 1605M VTVM INSTRUMENT OVERHAULED
* This instrument is the Hickok solid state military version of the HP 410C. HIckok built these for the military so they are easily repairable, rugged, quite accurate, totally solid state ( a single IC and three voltage regulators) The OEM HP RF Probe is a plug in replacement for the original RF probe) This instrument has a very nicely "damped" meter movement, this makes the meter very easy to read.
* ALL CIRCUIT RESISTORS CHECKED, REPLACED AS NEEDED. RANGE RESISTORS CHECKED AT TIME OF INSTRUMENT CALIBRATION
* Power Supply checked
* HARDWARE ( MACHINE SCREWS ETC) REPLACED AS NEEDED AND MISSING HARDWARE REPLACED.
* Filter Capacitor replaced
* INTERNAL WIRING CHECKED AND REPLACED/REPAIRED AS NECESSARY
* CAUTION "DO NOT ATTEMPT TO MEASURE LINE VOLTAGE" PLACARD INSTALLED
* CASE REPAINTED HP OLIVE. Not the worlds best paint job but the cabinet is easily removed to repaint in your fav color.
* IEC AC CORD SET FURNISHED
* IEC AC Male receptacle installed
* New Test Leads Installed
AC (RF) probe nose piece is new
Test leads, alligator clips are new
HP Style Test Lead rubber bushings installed.
*ALL SWITCHES CLEANED AS NEEDED
* UNIT CALIBRATED ( AC & DC,OHMS, RF ) USING A HP ANALOG VOLTMETER CALIBRATOR.
* Calibration Note: This instrument has very accurate markings throughout each scale range.
