Our normal shipping days are Monday – Friday . We only ship to the verified address given in PayPal payment. Please make sure payment address in PayPal is correct.  If you wish to have your item shipped to a different address you will need to first change your address in PayPal before purchasing.
Items will be shipped from Russia via international registered mail within 2-3 business days after payment is received and verified.
In some cases we use courier services like DHL etc.

Returns policy:
We must be notified within 30 days from the date buyer has received item(s) (except “As Is” items) to qualify for any type of exchange/refund.
If item(s) is DOA, then we will refund 100% of the money you paid once the item(s) is returned back to us. Item(s) must be in the same condition as we have shipped out.
If it is NOT DOA, then we will refund 80% of the money you paid once the item(s) is returned back to us. We do charge a 20% of restocking fee. Item(s) must be in the same condition as we have shipped out.
Buyer pays for all other shipping fees for any type of returns.
If the condition of the item was sold is “As Is” then you can not exchange the item nor qualify for a refund. We are not responsible for ANY problems with item(s) sold “As Is” unless a wrong shipment was received.
