These were purchased at an industrial supplier liquidation earlier this year, and they were brand new in the original factory boxes.  We packaged them in heavy Ziplok bags for resale.  List price is about

Installation
1. Prepare door.
2. Pass knob of latch through center hole and secure with two rivets or screws.
