    Flash Dryer Heating Heads with sensor switch
    This model flash dryer is used to install with a screen printer. It could be installed on the bottom base of a printer then you can rotate it above your pallet and curing ink immediately. Saving time and cost.
    Features
    1600W carbon fiber heating element, normal working  over 10000 hours.
    Drying box size: 15.7 x 15.7 inches (40c40cm)
    Moving up & down within 4 inches (10cm)
    Test Data
    When the distance between dryer and shirt is 3cm, temperature is 180C (374F)
    When distance is 5cm, temperature is 170C (3256F)
    When distance is 7cm, temperature is 160C (320F)
    Photoelectric sensor switch adjustment:
    1. Switch on, move induction object, when detector sensing the object, display panel will shows "o" ,  it mean the distance is suitable and machine start to work. Taking away the object, flash dryer will shows "F' . If dryer do not stop automatically when the object leaving, please repeat this step to test a distance.
    2. Machine will beeping 2-3 seconds when heating tube start / stop working. If operator do not have next step, it will beeping again and last 10 seconds.
