Up for sale is the Bandai One Piece Collectible Card Game (CCG) The Quest Begins Starter Set and the Silver Rare Promo card #15 Chopper The Miracle Reindeer.
The starter deck is sealed. It comes with two decks of 64 cards, a game mat, a rules sheet, and action counters. It is good for learning the game, but not very good or cohesive in the way of gameplay. Bandai just wanted to put a lot of different character cards in these in my opinion. The real selling point of this is 17 cards you can only find here!
You get Character cards #44 Sanji The Topnotch Chef of the Ocean, #45 Zolo High-hopes to be the World's Best, #46 Queen Alvida with a Metal Rod, #47 Luffy The Great Captain with a Straw Hat, #48 Zeff The Baratie Chef, #49 Ghin The Boogieman, and #50 Pearl of Iron Wall pictured loose from my personal collection. The Luffy card pictured in the front of the package is arguably the best captain for gameplay created. Luffy and Alvida come in holographic and non-holographic versions one of each inside. There are no holos for the other five character cards made. They are the only five character cards you can't get in English holographic.
The ten technique cards that you can only get with this include #56 Gum Gum Balloon, #57 Heavy Strike, #58 Chouchou's Memory, #59 Pirate's Plot, #60; Defending Battle, #61 Grappling Technique, #62 The Absolutely Natural Pearl Surprise, #63 Chef's Artificial Leg Kick, #64 An Understanding Person, and #65 The Launching Ceremony.
There are other cards in this deck that you can get also in packs.
The Chopper promo is in a Bandai supplied soft plastic sleeve.
