The long term natural solution to eliminating wood destroying organisms. Formulated with a concern to the environment, Tim-bor is used for the control of carpenter ants, termites, wood decay fungi and wood boring beetles. As a water soluble borate powder, Tim-bor diffuses into the wood and acts as a wood insecticide, fungicide and preservative. Tim-bor wont break down over time like most organic compounds, therefore offering longer lasting protection. Best of all Tim-bor is easy to mix, virtually oderless and has no known resistance. This 25lbs will cover roughly 2250-3400 square feet of wood surface depending on mixture percentage. You apply it by spraying or brushing onto wood. Tim-bor can be used as a wood preservative, insecticide, or fungicide.

Tim-bor as a liquid solution: Apply two applications of a 10% solution to wood surfaces by brush or spray. Add 1.0 pound of Tim-bor for each gallon of treating solution required. Apply Tim-bor solutions by brush or spray at the rate of 5 gallons of liquid solution per 1000 square feet of wood surfacearea. Tim-bor liquid applications may be made to wood structures including decks, fences, steps, sheds, barns and other out-buildings. A wood preservative for the protection and treatment of lumber against fungal decay and wood destroying insects.Tim-bor wont break down over time like most organic compounds, therefore offering longer lasting protection. Types of wood include, but are not limited to, all type of lumber, logs, and plywood. This product will kill wood destroying organisms. Some etching of treated wood may occur from organisms before they die.
Tim-bor should not be applied to wood or cellulose material that has been painted, varnished or sealed. For best results, apply Tim-bor to bare wood.
