    Description

An incredible find! My grandmother's Hamburger press from late 50's early 60's. Yellow. Plastic.
The original box. 3 Sides of box give visual of instructions:
    - Put burger mix of desired size between waxed paper; press ( no messy hands)
    -  Put in freezer or in pan to cook. 4 th side has written instructions
    - Bottom side shows cutting sliced bread for bun.
Made in USA by G&T products Walla Walla, Washington
On bottom of box in pencil my grandmother wrote her recipe for hamburgers: per 1 lb of ground beef add 1 egg, 4  crackers ( in those days saltines were the only crackers in the house!), and 1 onion.
My mother remembers making the perfect burger patty with no messy hands as a child. "Every Saturday night was a burger meal at home and in summer, at backyard cookouts we always brought the most perfect burgers made with this press."
