All in pretty good shape.  The Pink band box has a piece of paper or something at the bottom so it doesn't close all the way.
What you see is what you get (other than any rulers or tape measures or scales used as size/weight reference, or hangar or what things might be on or hanging from or things used as weights to hold something down :).
